Products made from a high content of rose hips, cornelian cherries, cranberries, oranges and also black currants, were not common in every family but thanks to their outstanding flavour, quality and also health benefits, they have persuaded many customers. They are mostly made from frozen fruit and prepared by slow cooking in vacuum. The products are mainly intended for direct consumption.
